The real estate industry has definitely changed in the last 10 years.  When I first started in the business there were no cell phones except maybe one or two really large ones and they we Car Phones.  The local multiple listing service only listed all the homes in a book that came out every two weeks. I thought everything was great at the time...now looking back it seems so archaic.

Our entire team is concentrated on giving really good service.  Gving people tools to look for real estate through VIRTUAL TOURS, NUMEROUS PHOTOS, and sending them articles about preparing their homes for sale, or why to use a good buy's agent etc. THis is what we find that people want the most.  And, they want to do all these things in the comfort of their own home.
