Interesting things have been happening in our market recently.  Home sales has slowed alittle, not as much as people are saying. However, there is a large volume of homes for sale.  This has been a thorn in the side of the average seller, however, a pleasant surprise for the buyer. 

I am a realtor for Re/Max Preferred Associates in the Toledo area.  I am presently moving about three families into the area from out of state.  Many of the people who have their homes for sale are not moving out of the area but up to a larger home.  They can't move into that larger home without first selling their home.....and so it goes. Everyone just waits. Some are lowering their prices but many are just waiting.

The Toledo real estate market usually fluctuates a little compared to the sharp ups and downs of the East and West Coasts.  It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

It is a good time to buy in Toledo!
