The more I show homes in the entire Toledo Area I can't help but think that this is by far the best time I have ever seen for buying homes.  The interest rates are down, the inventory is up. People are updating their homes and are anxious to sell !!  If you are thinking of buying now is the time.  By next summer this buyers market could be gone and we could be dealing with multiple offers on one property. 

Just a thought, if you do have your home on the market it is very important to have your home in tip top shape.  Curb appeal is very important.  Get all the leaves cleaned up and the beds mulched.  Inside a fresh coat of paint is good, also clear away all of the clutter, things you dont use very ofter (pack up).
