Kim brings an energetic style and positive attitude to The Lohman Team! As a licensed Realtor@ since 2002, her talents run from going that extra mile for buyers and sellers to years of experience in the new construction field. She also holds the CDPE designation that gives her the experience needed to assist in Short Sales and Foreclosures. Prior to becoming a Realtor@ Kim spent 6 years in the property management field, and working with builders.
Kim is a lifelong Toledo resident, married to Brad, and has a new daughter, Tessa, who is the joy of their lives.
